We recommend steeping our tea in boiling water for 5-7 minutes (10 minutes for the Spring Floral Tea blend).
If you prefer a stronger brew, continue steeping to desired taste.
Standard herbal extract dosage: 1-3 eyedroppers (which equals approximately 10-30 droplets) up to 3x/day
Typically, each extract portion may be taken up to 3 times a day.
We recommend adding your extract to any beverage.
